        Summary — Nurify is a free Islamic worship companion. Use it respectfully, don't misuse it, and enjoy your spiritual journey. No hidden fees, no tricks.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nurify (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is developed by Kaleges ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Nurify is a free Islamic worship companion application that provides:

Quran reading and listening
Prayer time calculations and tracking
Digital dhikr (tasbih) counter with streak tracking
Fasting log and calendar
Daily hadith and Quran verse notifications
Worship statistics and badges

3. Cost

Nurify is completely free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no ads. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but existing free features will remain free.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using your email address via Firebase Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

6. Religious Content Disclaimer

Nurify provides Quran text, hadith collections, prayer times, and other Islamic content for informational and devotional purposes. While we strive for accuracy, this content should not be considered a substitute for guidance from qualified Islamic scholars. Prayer times are calculated algorithmically and may vary from local mosque timings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and original content are owned by Kaleges
Quran text is in the public domain; translations are attributed to their respective authors
Hadith content is sourced from established collections and attributed accordingly
"Nurify" name and logo are trademarks of Kaleges

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any inaccuracies in prayer times, Qibla direction, or religious content
We are not liable for data loss due to device failure or App removal
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero)

9. Availability

We strive to keep Nurify available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Firebase by Google). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
