Delete Your Nurify Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Nurify account (developed by Kaleges) and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Open Nurify.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately removes your authentication record and any cloud-synced data.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Account information — email address, display name, and user ID (Firebase Authentication).
Cloud-synced content — prayer logs, dhikr counts, fasting records, bookmarks and preferences (Firebase Firestore).

What is kept (and for how long)

Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
We may retain minimal, anonymized diagnostic/analytics records and any information required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes for up to 90 days, after which it is deleted.
