1. Introduction

Solar PV Analysis ("we", "our", "us") is operated by KALE GES ENERJI URETIM LIMITED SIRKETI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and web platform (collectively, "the Service").

2. Data We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. This data is stored securely via Firebase Authentication.

Calculation Data: When you run a solar analysis, we store the location coordinates, system parameters, and results associated with your account in Firebase Firestore.

Local Preferences: The App stores your language preference, currency selection, and default calculation parameters locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to any server.

Business Branding (Business Tier): If you use the Business tier, you may optionally store a company logo and branding information (company name, header text, footer text) locally on your device for use in PDF reports. This data is stored only on your device and is NOT uploaded to any server.

We do NOT collect:

• Your precise real-time location (only coordinates you manually select on the map)
• Payment or credit card information (handled entirely by Apple)
• Contacts, photos, or any other personal data from your device

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the solar analysis service
• To store your calculation history for your convenience
• To manage your account and subscription status
• To improve the accuracy and features of the application

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase Authentication & Firestore (Google): For secure account management and cloud data storage. Data stored in EU (europe-west1) servers. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• NASA POWER API: We send selected coordinates to retrieve solar irradiance data. No personal information is sent.
• Apple StoreKit: For subscription management. All payment processing is handled by Apple.

On-Device Processing: PDF reports, CSV exports, and all financial calculations (including cashflow analysis, debt modeling, and tax computations) are generated entirely on your device. No calculation results or exported documents are transmitted to any external server.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Account Settings. When you delete your account:

• All your personal data is permanently removed from our servers
• All calculation history is deleted
• This action is irreversible

This complies with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).

7. Children's Privacy

Solar PV Analysis is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights (GDPR/KVKK)

Under GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Turkey), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (right to erasure)
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
